Latticework lays an open geometric grid, couched down at every crossing point.

Precision is made visible, and the negative space is treated as carefully as the thread itself. Each intersection must be tied with identical tension, or the lattice sags and the geometry loses its authority.

It is the architecture of restraint — order that lets the cloth show through.

Read as museum plates — the stitch at the scale of the hand that made it.

Plate i — Thread Direction & Density

Threads cross at a consistent diagonal, over and under in sequence, building an even lattice that holds its geometry however the form curves.

Plate ii — Surface, Layering & Light

Where each crossing sits slightly proud of the cloth, the lattice throws small, regular shadows that give the flat surface real texture.
